01 — MavCo Training Academy
MavCo Training Academy equips people with industry-recognised skills through expert-led courses: the SIA licence qualifications for door supervisors and security officers, workplace and paediatric first aid, and conflict management.
Because the academy sits inside MavCo Group — alongside MavCo Security, Events and Labour Provider — the standards we train to are the standards we deploy to. Courses are certified by Highfield Qualifications and Nuco Training.
02 — Courses
Highfield-certified SIA licence qualifications for door supervisors and security officers — full awards and top-ups, with pre-learning included.
03 — Courses
Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid — Level 3 awards certified by Nuco Training, valid for three years.
04 — Courses
Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management — the skills to prevent and de-escalate conflict with customers, service users and the public.
