Work that is worth turning up for

MavCo Group is hiring into the roles that hold the group together — business development, customer service and the running of the office itself. If you take the job seriously, we will take you seriously.

01 — Why MavCo

What you get from us

/01

Paid for the hours you work

PAYE, weekly pay, and the rate agreed before you start the shift — not renegotiated afterwards.

/02

Training that leads somewhere

Routes into SIA qualifications, first aid and site-specific training through MavCo Training Academy.

/03

Employed, not passed down a chain

You work for MavCo, briefed by MavCo. We do not subcontract you out and lose track of who you report to.

02 — Open positions

Roles we are recruiting

These are the positions open right now. If you are looking for site work — officers, stewards, drivers, operatives or cleaners — apply anyway and say what you do; those roles come up week to week.

Business Development Manager

Full-time London & UK-wide

Rate confirmed at offer · PAYE, paid weekly

What the job involves

  • Market research and opportunity identification — knowing where the work is before the tender lands.
  • Client acquisition and relationship building across the group’s divisions.
  • Strategic planning and execution, turning a pipeline into a plan with dates against it.
  • Sales and revenue growth, owned end to end rather than handed over at the proposal.
  • Collaboration and internal coordination, so what is sold is what operations can actually deliver.
  • Reporting and performance tracking — making sure what was agreed is implemented successfully.
